This review is long overdue! I bought my mountain bike elsewhere, but I have taken it to Rocky Cycle a number of time for servicing (tune-up, new brakes, new chain) and for accessories (kick-stand, carry bag). They've always done a great job. One of the staff members even dug through a box of kick-stands to find one that matched the colour of my bike. The prices seem competitive and the service is quick. Highly recommend.

Have recently gotten into biking again and wanted to buy a new bike. Went directly to Rocky Cycle since we’ve purchased 2-3 bikes there over the past 25+ years. Have always had fantastic customer service and never felt pressure to buy something that wasn’t exactly what I wanted.
This last purchase was no different. Got my new bike in March and sadly, have had to go back a number of times because of mostly tire issues. Each and every time I go in there, the staff are kind and very helpful. Steve, in particular, has been a god send to me! His knowledge and expertise are above all and customer service is like none other. I so appreciate his patience and honesty and quite frankly, will never go to any other bike shop ever. Hope they stay around for another bunch of years! Huge thank you to Rocky Cycle and Steve for always helping me out. 5 stars all around!

Sean and his staff have always given me great advice and service. I have dealt with Rocky Cycle for many years. Sean is my go to person for bike advice. I like to shop at a local business. My e-bikes are always kept in top condition with regular service by Rocky Cycle. A top notch bicycle shop.

You guys took my normal Moustache FS27 and transformed it into the most comfortable bike I have ever ridden on. The Jones bar and front air shock did the trick! Your customer service is excellent. Thank you.

I bought a bottle cage from Rocky Cycle recently that had a tiny cosmetic defect. They sent me a new one within a couple days. Great company to shop from and excellent customer service - I’ll definitely shop with them again and highly recommend them!
