⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional honesty and customer service
I have been a customer of Rocky Cycle for years, but after my experience today I realized it was long overdue for me to leave a review.
I stopped by because I was convinced my Cube 29 inch carbon mountain bike needed a tune up. Sean took the time to put the bike on a stand, thoroughly inspect it, check all the components, test the brakes, air up the tires, and make sure everything was working properly.
After looking everything over, he simply said, “You don’t need anything. Just ride it.”
In today’s world, where many businesses would gladly sell a customer a service they do not actually need, Sean chose honesty. I was fully prepared to pay for a tune up, but instead he told me the bike was in excellent condition and needed nothing.
What impressed me even more was that he did not charge me a cent for his time. He carefully inspected the bike, checked everything over, aired up the tires, answered my questions, and then sent me on my way with a smile.
That kind of integrity is rare and deserves recognition.
The staff at Rocky Cycle have always been knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, but today’s experience really stood out. It reminded me that great customer service is not about making a sale. It is about doing what is right for the customer.
I walked into the shop expecting to spend money and left with something far more valuable. Confidence that I am dealing with people I can trust.
Thank you, Sean, for your honesty and professionalism. It did not go unnoticed.

Stopped by today with a bike tire issue, and they took the time to show me how to fix it.They were honest, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find service like this these days. I’ll be buying my next bike from them. Highly recommend!

Tried getting service for my bike twice as this is the only one close my house.
Even though i understand its a seasonal trade and summers can be busy, but that should not be the reason to be rude and turn away business.
The guy is not even ready to talk properly.
And yes, that’s right, i tried twice.
I had really high hopes from this shop looking at the positive reviews.
But i am sorry to find out the truth.
My sinscere suggession:
Dont burn any bridges, grass never stays green all year round.

I had an awesome experience at Rocky Cycle! They went above and beyond to help me with my crank bolt issue—super friendly staff, awesome service, and they really took the time to make sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend them if you need bike repairs or parts.
