They were amazing at responding to all our questions through the process and made us feel good about our decision to go with them for our backyard transformation. We were really impressed with Mori’s tree knowledge and commitment to quality in this family business started by his parents. While his prices are a bit higher, the results and work are top notch. The Okada system includes professional services from the entire team with a tech-supported, customer-oriented experience. We plan further work with them and feel confident in a conviction to get it right, not a common approach with the many pop-up landscapers available.

Okada Earthscape is a very professional company. We had a very positive experience! Shimpei is a master Japanese gardener and pruner. He is extremely polite and skilled at his job. His passion and attention to detail is second to none. The company stands by their work and will do what they can to make the client satisfied. They certainly did that for us and I would fully recommend them for any landscape job you may have.

Okada Earthscape have come to our home on two occasions and their service has been excellent. They did a wonderful job of pruning several older shrubs and bushes and delivered/distributed garden mulch. In both visits, everything went very smooth and exceeded our expectations. We found them to be very easy to do business with.
