I came in for detangling and a blow out. Crystal worked so patiently to comb through my tangles. I didn't feel any tugging or pulling. I got a blowout after detangling and I felt like a whole new person. My hair looked so shiny and healthy, with soft waves framing my face, I felt like I was in a hair commercial. I will definitely be back next time I need a good blow out
Syeda did my blow out. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. The curls lasted 4 days. The "dream coat" treatment add-on left my hair soft and shiny too. I would definitely recommend Syeda.
I booked an appointment for what I had thought was last Sunday. Instead I booked it for Saturday (totally my bad). The salon did call me and left me a voicemail but I was in a meeting (phone on airplane mode) and did not even realize until about 4:30 pm that Saturday. After I listened to the voicemail it made sense why they had charged me … which was for the entirety of a 45 minute service $ 80 plus which is kind of insane- mistakes happen. I was hoping to still get the service and that they would work with me as it was my first time booking. I called them multiple times because their page says they close at 5 pm. No response. I went in to speak to someone that could help me at 10 am the following morning & when I walked through the doors the two girls that were there looked at me like I was from mars. I asked if I could speak to someone about my situation and the girl there just looked at me while doing another customers hair. Yes I understand they had no receptionist but - customer service? She then told me the manager would call me. I called back on Monday and was told I would get a call again on Tuesday and I still have not heard from them. As someone who lives right across the parking lot I was hoping to use their services often but will no longer be interested based on the way I have been treated. Clearly customer service is not important here
I had booked an appointment for my mom about 2 weeks ago to get her hair styled for her cousin’s reception day. The appointment was booked in advance, the day of my mom shows up to her appointment. The stylist said oh we dont have your appointment here and I had an email and text confirmation that we were booked in. Stylist mentiones then “oh we left you a voicemail earlier today mentioning we had to cancel the appointment because here it says you need exteneded time and I dont have enough time” Not knowing the extended time note was on my profile not for my mom. I did not recieve any voicemail, stylist insisted she did leave a message maybe I didnt have any service. My mom was like well is there any other time you can get me in. Stylist said “I dont have any time” my mom mentioned she can come in later even meaning she would be late to the event. Stylist was super rude when my mom called me upset I said let me talk to the stylist, she passed her the phone the stylist was super disrespectful and rude on the phone was yelling at me we were going back and forth. I asked her to get the manager to give me a call. She said shes not in, I had mentioned well I would like you to notify her so she can call me. Her exact words were “our manager doesnt care” & shes slacky and said I dont even have the time to deal with this and hung up. My mom mentioned she was a caucasion stylist and had a piercing above the lip. We were so disappointed as we are regular clients there and still no one has contacted us about this incident
Horrible experience, my daughter attends Southridge and their grad was a little earlier than most schools. They only had two people working the day of, even though we had booked appointments ages ahead. My daughter was so upset, her curls were falling out as we were watching and the technician did nothing to help. I don’t really know what we paid 80 bucks for, I could’ve easily done the same at home. I took photos right when we left to document the falling out, it was ridiculous.
