I came in for detangling and a blow out. Crystal worked so patiently to comb through my tangles. I didn't feel any tugging or pulling. I got a blowout after detangling and I felt like a whole new person. My hair looked so shiny and healthy, with soft waves framing my face, I felt like I was in a hair commercial. I will definitely be back next time I need a good blow out
Syeda did my blow out. She listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job. The curls lasted 4 days. The "dream coat" treatment add-on left my hair soft and shiny too. I would definitely recommend Syeda.
Horrible experience, my daughter attends Southridge and their grad was a little earlier than most schools. They only had two people working the day of, even though we had booked appointments ages ahead. My daughter was so upset, her curls were falling out as we were watching and the technician did nothing to help. I don’t really know what we paid 80 bucks for, I could’ve easily done the same at home. I took photos right when we left to document the falling out, it was ridiculous.
Hafsa styled my hair March 21st. She listened to my requests & certainly delivered! I was welcomed in a very warm & professional manner. The deep conditiong treatment made my hair so soft & shiny
Giving it a 3 cause the individuals who work there are very nice. That being said this is 2nd time at blo and experiences haven’t been good in terms of results. No one knows how to actually give a good blow-dried volume look. I come out with flat dry and frizzy looking hair that does not look like I paid $60 for. Will not be utilizing this service again.
