I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Blo Blow Dry Bar. My appointment was booked for 2:00 PM, but my service did not even begin until 2:45 PM. The manager acknowledged the delay and told me she would step in to help the stylist assigned to me so the process could be expedited, but that never happened. Throughout the appointment, it became very clear that my stylist was still being trained. Multiple times she asked the manager for assistance, but instead of stepping in, the manager repeatedly told her to “try it herself” and that she would fix it if it wasn’t right. While I completely understand that staff need opportunities to learn, I do not think it is appropriate to use a paying client as a training model—especially when the client is there for a special event. I was getting my hair done for a wedding and expected a professional, timely service. Instead, I left 2.5 hours later than expected, unhappy with the final look, and frustrated with the entire experience. Despite the significant delay, the lack of support provided to the stylist, and my dissatisfaction with the result, I was still charged for the service. I would expect better communication, management support, and consideration for clients’ time—especially when the appointment is for an important occasion.
I have been coming here for years and I can say its the best decision i have made for my hair. These ladies know what they are doing. Thank you Syeda, Leila, Jackie and Sarah for a smooth journey with my hair ❤️❤️❤️
The hairstylist gave me the best blowout I've ever gotten, I'm always told I have very thick hair, but she did it in 45 minutes and I was 15 minutes late! I got so many compliments. She was amazing
My stylist was able to make my hair look exactly how I hoped. I was attending a Gatsby 1920’s party and I received so many compliments on my hair. Very happy with her work. Highly recommend.
