Had my fibreglass deck resurfaced, deck cover installed and railings all around and down my stairs. Sukh came to do the estimate same day I called, and sent estimate to me within a couple days. Agreed to the price and work started 2 weeks later. Very happy with how it all turned out. Would recommend these guys to anyone redoing their deck.

The All Seasons team has been great to deal with throughout the stressful process of having our rooftop patio repaired. They promptly scheduled & rescheduled appointments (due to the weather) to come provide the service. The team was professional and did a great job repairing the damage, including moving a hot tub & furniture around. They were able to complete the job in one day. The office has also been extremely understanding regarding payment as we are having delays due to strata. Sim & Sukh have helped make this stressful process easier & I would highly recommend hiring this company for decking installation/repair.

Sukh and his team did a fantastic job replacing an old vinyl membrane and railing on our front deck and master bedroom balcony. We went for the top glass railing option which was more expensive (yet affordable compared to other companies) and are very happy with the result. Our deck layout was a bit unusual but Sukh took the time to come up with a solution with great attention to details. The crew had to come several times to our house to complete the job and always showed up on time, which is very rare in Vancouver. They were very respectful, polite and tidy, and appeared very skilled. Great communication from Sim in the office too, who proactively provided updates on the progress. I highly recommend this company (which was recommended by an architect neighbor)!
Ps. We went to their warehouse to select our deck style. It was really helpful seeing larger pieces of membrane. We followed Sukh recommendation at the end, which was the right choice!

We had our deck refinished by All Seasons Waterproofing. They did a terrific job. We are very happy with it.
Sukh was very easy to deal with. He responded to most questions within a day, if not a couple of hours by email. The quote was very reasonable compared to others we had. They replaced a couple of sections of plywood that had water damage and rot and then coated it with new vinyl.
We would definitely recommend them if you have a patio that needs work.

All Seasons Waterproofing did a great job of redoing the vinyl deck flooring of our very large balcony! The team was very skilled, tidy, respectful, and eager to please, resulting in a fabulous looking deck!
The job was a bigger one than what was initially anticipated. While it was expected there would be some rot in the plywood below the old vinyl deck flooring, when the old vinyl was removed, we noticed that the plywood underneath was rotten in different places extensively, and there was even rot below the plywood in the joists at the corners of the balcony. Some of the fascia board also had rot. Of course, this all had to be removed and replaced, and the team did it very professionally. They were conscientious during the demolition process and took great care and pride in their work from start to finish. The custom wooden railing that was attached to the deck floor was removed very carefully and reinstalled again beautifully. The edges of the new vinyl up along the siding of the house and the railing posts were secured in such a way that makes us confident that the deck will be watertight for many years to come.
We are very happy with the professional workmanship of the team and highly recommend All Seasons Waterproofing for vinyl decking.
