As a homeowner, I am extremely disappointed with how this issue has been handled by the developer (RF Properties), the builder (Steelcrest), and in particular the contractor, All Seasons Waterproofing Inc. This issue was acknowledged over a year ago, with a clear commitment that it would be repaired and resolved.
More than a year later, it remains unresolved. Throughout this time, the process has been marked by repeated delays, shifting explanations, and a complete lack of accountability. My experience with All Seasons Waterproofing Inc. has been especially concerning — communication has been unreliable, expectations have continually changed, and commitments made during this process have not been honoured.
After waiting this long, it is unacceptable to still have no defined path to resolution. As a homeowner, this has been a frustrating and exhausting experience that has significantly eroded trust in all parties involved.
Homeowners rely on developers, builders, and contractors to act with integrity and stand behind their work. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
I strongly recommend thinking twice before working with these companies — particularly All Seasons Waterproofing Inc. — and ensuring that any commitments are clearly documented and enforced.
