The aeration and detaching was OK. Not as good as previous years but acceptable. The overseeding either didn’t occur or had a poor batch of seeds and did not take. There was very little fertilizer as the grass did not do well this time. This is the first time in 42 years that we’ve had a terrible front yard. Since nothing else has changed it must’ve been a fault with your amount of fertilizer or something in the project that had not gone well. This is the first negative review I’ve given because I’m generally used to receiving good work and ship and service.

I was contacted this morning by Canadian property stars. They are coming by to do a complete servicing this spring. They responded to my review and offered to provide this.
I am encouraged that perhaps things will go better this year and I can provide a positive helpful review

Alex and George just completed their job at my home here in Port ALBERNI, BC. Like I told them I don’t get impressed very easily but boy am I impressed with their hard work, attitude and equipment used. My lawn was a mess! It was much worse than I thought. I was absolutely amazed at the amount of moss that they worked out of my lawn. They got 11 huge bags off of my tiny little lawn. Please don’t hesitate to call these guys and get your lawn, looking as great as mine did when they left. I will definitely be hiring them again.

One star is the minimum Google rating allowed. If it was allowed I would give zero stars or even negative stars.
Service was always inconsistent with the annual aeration. It was obvious they hired people with no clue and sometimes they wrecked concrete with the aerator. They work cheap but you get what you pay for. It is not clear if this Ontario based company has a business license to operate in North Vancouver when they do their door-to-door sales in the spring.
Worst of all, I have made multiple attempts for years to get removed from Canadian Property Stars spam list. They said it would take a couple weeks and that was 2 years ago, even after a direct emailing back and forth with the owner. I have given them a lifetime ban and yet they still continue to spam me. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GIVE THEM YOUR REAL EMAIL ADDRESS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES as they absolutely refuse to remove it in spite of multiple requests.
I normally let things go when I don’t like a company but these guys refuse to let go of me on their end.

They came to our door to sell their services. I let them take a look and mentioned our back yard was full of weeds . I was assured they would take care of everything and be able to get our grass back to normal. I agreed to proceed and pay for the services. I had to leave before they were complete so I was unable to inspect their work. I noticed that we still have a lot of weeds in our back yard. I emailed the company with pictures and to date no response. Lesson learned I will never use this service again. A complete waste of money and not cheap.

I contracted for aeration, power raking , overseeing and fertilizing. The clean up of the was incomplete. The branches and boughs that are dropped by my large trees were NOT cleaned up but piled in my flower beds. My hostas were buried under the mess did it survive. When I complained, by email with photos, I was ignored. I will not be using their services again.
