Canadian Property Stars approached us for lawn rejuvenation and grub control, and we agreed after checking them out.
They completed the initial work in April 2025, including one grub treatment, but never returned for the fall treatment that was paid for.
Multiple calls to their office went unanswered, and they never followed through, even by spring of 2026.
Very disappointing—save your money and go with a reliable trusted company.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Noah and Romeo from Canadian Property Stars Surrey. They handled power raking, de-thatching, aerating, seeding, and lime application on our lawn, and the results were outstanding.
From start to finish, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They took the time to do each step thoroughly and clearly take pride in their work. Our lawn already looks healthier and well cared for, and we can tell it’s going to thrive this season thanks to their efforts.
It’s not always easy to find service providers who combine strong work ethic with great attention to detail, but Noah and Romeo absolutely delivered. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality lawn care services.

I had a great experience working with this company. A special thanks to Ajibola Seriki, who worked on my project. He was very professional, patient, and well-organized throughout the entire process.
He handled everything with care and made sure the work was done properly. Communication was clear, and he was always respectful and easy to work with.

Yacine, the technician did a terrific job. Explained things well, was diligent at doing a thorough job and was careful to avoid the irrigation system. Provided a very fair price for the amount of time required and was efficient and courteous. Nice to see great work ethic!

Worker caused property damage and after reporting it to 3 staff and them all telling me someone would get back to me, no one has.
I had used them for aeration for a couple years which was convenient and quick. However, this time the worker (andy) caused property damage to my home because he lost control of his machine and hit my house. It was very obvious, he would have had to back up and re position the machine to continue, so there is no way he didnt notice. He didn't let me know this happened when the job was finished, he just said the job was complete and left. I noticed the damage later that day when i did a walk around the property. The worker was still in the neighborhood, so i approached him and showed him photos of the damage, he said he would let his boss know and I should expect a call by the next day for a reimbursement. That call never came. I contacted the company on 2 separate occasions via the phone number on the website, I spoke to 2 different reps (angela and mitch) over the course of a couple weeks, both said they would have the local manager contact me. So far no one has reached out.
I am disappointed that
1. the worker didn't tell me he damaged my property in the first place.
2. that no one has followed up on this despite 3 separate employees knowing about it.
