Opinion:
I wanted to give a shout-out to Jahswill and Kellon. I spend a lot of time on my lawn, it's become a bit of a hobby. I was just considering the logistics of how to rent a de-thatcher, thatch, and clean up in an attempt to try and rejuvenate my lawn.
I passed the Canadian Property Stars crew on my way home and boom. In less than an hour, and for a fair price IMO, my lawn is de-thatched and well raked. Jahswill and Kellon worked quickly and efficiently while also being friendly and answering my myriad of questions. , Best of all: they bagged all the yard waste for me and left it at the curb for pickup.
Overall: 5-Star service for both quality of work but also exemplary customer service.

Disorganized and Unresponsive
I signed up for a multi-step lawn care plan and received the first treatment on the spot, but after that, the company stopped responding. I sent messages and called multiple times, having the exact same conversation both times. Each rep promised a callback and said they’d add my info to the system — but nothing ever happened. No follow-up, no further service. Completely disorganized and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Tyler Lewis and his team provided an excellent service. We got a lawn rejuvenation and they worked so hard and did such a good job. Saved my husband and I hours/days of back breaking labour. Will definitely use their services again and again. Thank you so much.

Hakeem and Chevy did a super job today on our property. They showed up on time, were friendly and did a great job getting our lawn ready for the summer. Recommended them to our neighbour, who was equally as happy. Five stars for Hakeem and Chevy - we will definitely use this company again!
