The amount of money I’ve had to spend repairing my yard after purchasing their “lawn rejuvenation” package is unbelievable. They completely ruined my lawn. After dethatching, they forgot to apply the fertilizer, and I was promised they would get rid of the patches of weeds in the yard. Within weeks, roughly 60% of my lawn was covered in buttercup, clover, and dead patches that never recovered.
What was supposed to improve my lawn ended up causing extensive damage and additional expense. Based on my experience, this company is a complete scam.

I had a great experience working with this company. A special thanks to Ajibola Seriki, who worked on my project. He was very professional, patient, and well-organized throughout the entire process.
He handled everything with care and made sure the work was done properly. Communication was clear, and he was always respectful and easy to work with.

Had aeration service a few weeks ago and decided to go for the power rake, seed and lime service. After purchasing I started ready the reviews and was very concerned with the recent reviews.
I received an email and phone call confirming the appointment the day before Explaining what was going to happen. Kindred and his team ( Steven and Aisheesh ) showed up and got right to work. I have been power raking myself for more than 15 years on this yard and never had it this clean. They raked and bagged over 20 bags and nicely stacked and the curb. They swept up the driveway and sidewalks and were very efficient and organized.
I happy to report that this was positive experience for me and will absolutely be using there services in the future.

Canadian Property Stars approached us for lawn rejuvenation and grub control, and we agreed after checking them out.
They completed the initial work in April 2025, including one grub treatment, but never returned for the fall treatment that was paid for.
Multiple calls to their office went unanswered, and they never followed through, even by spring of 2026.
Very disappointing—save your money and go with a reliable trusted company.
