While the workmanship is great, the installer's communication with the customer is poor. It is as though the world revolves around him.
However, Deanna is awesome, empathetic, and very willing to accommodate the customer's schedule. In an era where people have little time to wait around for contractors, the installer doesn't care about the customer. I had a very tight window due to work commitments and the installer was running late. I did not get a phone call as to when they were arriving. After about 20 minutes I contacted Deanna. She called me back to say "He's around the corner." It was another 10 minutes before he arrived. And when he did arrive there was no comment of saying "Sorry I was late." Ironically I don't even want an apology provided the installer clearly communicates an updated ETA.
And, yes, in this industry I get that timelines change and traffic can delay. However, that is not an excuse to not call to explain you are running late, nor not showing some words of apology for holding up the customer. Would recommend the quality of work, Deanna's professional attitude, but the installer needs to communicate that they are running late.

Most unprofessional and insulting experience. I provided information, measurements, pics and requested a quote by email. M&M replied with incorrect information that did not even relate to my job specifications. Requested clarification with 3 more emails and no response at all from them at all. I would never deal with them again. There are a lot of other glass companies out there to pick and choose from. Do your homework before doing business.

I recently had some glass work done on my RV and I couldn't be happier with my experience at this establishment. The work itself was done perfectly but what really made this place stand out was the wonderful family that got it done for me. Honest and kind family run businesses are always the best. Highly reccomend this business for all your glass needs! Thank you again :)

It has been almost a month since we requested a quote for glass and installation for a shower enclosure.
After having to follow up a couple times we were given a quote with little detail. We requested a photo or further detail on what was to be provided and it has been over 2 weeks without a reply, even after a second phone call asking again.
There are other companies out there so if our request could not be handled it would have been good to have been told up front rather than putting our project behind schedule due to the lack of communication.
