We were really impressed with Mori’s tree knowledge and commitment to quality in this family business started by his parents. While his prices are a bit higher, the results and work are top notch. The Okada system includes professional services from the entire team with a tech-supported, customer-oriented experience. We plan further work with them and feel confident in a conviction to get it right, not a common approach with the many pop-up landscapers available.

Okada Earthscape is a very professional company. We had a very positive experience! Shimpei is a master Japanese gardener and pruner. He is extremely polite and skilled at his job. His passion and attention to detail is second to none. The company stands by their work and will do what they can to make the client satisfied. They certainly did that for us and I would fully recommend them for any landscape job you may have.

I've had Mori and the team to my place a couple of times for pruning. 5 star service each time. Punctual, friendly, and experts at their craft, I'd recommend them to anyone looking to give their garden a professional eye. My Japanese maples and magnolia -- a tree I used to despise until they fixed it up -- have never looked better!

Okada Earthscape have come to our home on two occasions and their service has been excellent. They did a wonderful job of pruning several older shrubs and bushes and delivered/distributed garden mulch. In both visits, everything went very smooth and exceeded our expectations. We found them to be very easy to do business with.

I hired Okada Earthscape to replace our front lawn and integrate that with our existing flower/ plant beds. We ran into supply issues that were not their fault and they worked very hard to ensure that we were happy with final outcome. I have already recommended them to friends.
