Tara and her team are amazing. We were anxious to leave our pup for a week during the holidays, but the team at Terra Nova immediately put those nerves to rest. We received several updates throughout the day about how he was doing, the new friends he made, and how he slept during the night. He was able to go out on several walks throughout the day, and had more fun with his new friends during the week than we could provide on our own. We would recommend Terra Nova Canines 100% and feel amazing knowing if we need to take a holiday we have somewhere safe, secure and a place our pup would look forward to going to - which is amazing peace of mind!

As a dog mom of two amazing fur babies I trusted the Terra Nova team to take good care of our little ones. I was very happy at how they were taken care of. The team at Terra Nova provided constant updates and was very inviting and caring. They followed our care instructions and ensured that the dogs were in a safe and friendly environment. I will strongly recommend their services as they are one of a kind in the Surrey and North Delta area . We did a weekend boarding experience and will definitely be returning.

Don’t hesitate in booking your fur-baby in with Tara! I’m super impressed with the care and attention that Tara gives to her charges, (puppy guests). From staying in touch with parents and giving updates to relieving any stress you may have about leaving your little one. She truly goes the extra mile. To update 2024… Tara is really the only one I trust to care for my pup. I’ve had her take Xena, at least 6 times now, and it allows me to concentrate on my work, as I know Tara is giving my lil girl her best life.

Tara was amazing with Dante, definitely cared for him like he was her own and was great at keeping us regularly updated. Tara took the time to understand about Dante's Wobblers syndrome, and what she could or should do to help manage this during his stay. It was a huge relief to know that he was in good, genuinely caring, hands.

If you have used this boarding place from June to end of Aug can you please co tact me.
There is an animal cruelty investigation under way. I’d like to talk to the dog owners.
Do not use boarding or daycare.!
Boarding has now seized at place of rental residence. It is confirmed thru video camera that all boarding dogs were never let out to go to the bathroom or walked, for the most part. One dog had a muzzle left on for unlimited time. There were at times more then one boarding dog at time here. Not accurate information from the TerraNova Canines website. And did you boarders receive daily pics/video of your dog outside?
There is a SPCA cruelty to animals file started. I don’t know all the recent people that boarded their dog there. You can reach out to me for more information.

Please do your due diligence of leaving your pet. How do you know they have been walked? Or taken out for a quick pee break and that’s all. Have you been inside the area where your dog will be? Please find another pet service and confirm your pet is not being neglected.
