White Rock Handyman & Renovations has done three jobs for us so far: fixing a wardrobe, repairing the kitchen sink, and replacing our sump pump. Every time we've been really pleased with the results. They do solid work and their pricing is very reasonable. What we really appreciate is how responsive they are. You reach out, they get back to you quickly and actually come when they say they will. That kind of reliability is hard to find. They also have a great attitude and are genuinely easy to deal with the whole time they're at your home. We'll definitely be calling them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy handyman.
I rarely post reviews online. But I feel compelled to share my experience with Rob, Tom and the team. They came highly recommended and I had seen their work previously which inspired me to reach out to them. From our first meeting, they were attentive and helpful with my questions and design ideas. After a few emails and phone calls, their patience with a first time reno customer became very obvious. Finally, the much-anticipated start date arrived and they did arrive on the agreed upon date and time! Already impressed. They worked quietly, tirelessly and with an attention to detail that can be difficult to find. They showed up every morning with a smile, worked all day and cleaned up the site every day. This, along with Rob's daily updates was important to me. The end result was a main bathroom that I still cannot walk by without stopping to admire their beautiful work, and a second bathroom that turned out bright and spacious and exactly as I envisioned it. I would hire this team again in a heart beat and cannot say enough about their professionalism, integrity and knowledge of their trade. Feeling very fortunate that I have been able to work with this company here in White Rock.
Amazing team and amazing work. From the planning to the completion of the project, I had such a good experience with Rob's team. Rob and his staff provide professional, good quality services, and during the whole process, Rob always kept everything transparent and clear. Like all renovations, there were challenges and hiccups during this project, but Rob was very resourceful and managed to resolve some of the issues we came across. He also gave me good advice on how to make the project as economical as possible without sacrificing the effect of the end result. My two bathroom underwent a stunning transformation, and I am very happy with the new looks! It was such a pleasure to work with Rob and his team :)
Rob did a spectacular renovation on my 2 condo bathrooms. He was honest, always on time and very personable. I chose and purchased all of my tile and fixtures prior to commencement of the job. From start to finish it took 7 business days and as I was staying elsewhere he kept in contact and sent me updated photos of the progress. I would recommend his company to anyone. Recently had a bathroom fan installed, coordinated by Rob and an electrician. They were a pleasure to work with, friendly, efficient and priced fairly. He also returned a couple of weeks later to repair a minor issue with the fan and repaired it the same day which I really appreciated. Would not hesitate to hire again!
